Existen tres bandas sonoras para cada una de las tres primeras temporadas de Lost, lanzadas por Varèse Sarabande, con selecciones de la partitura compuesta por Michael Giacchino. Todas han sido producidas por el propio Giacchino y están interpretadas por la Hollywood Studio Symphony.

Primera Temporada
El 21 de marzo de 2006 se lanzó la banda sonora original de Lost. Incluye versiones de larga duración de las piezas escuchadas durante la Primera Temporada. El arte de la caja del disco de la Primera Temporada muestra la jungla. Por detrás se ve a Shannon tomando el sol, y a Boone mirándola de cerca, con los restos del fuselaje al fondo.

Segunda Temporada
El 3 de octubre de 2006, Varèse Sarabande sacó a la venta otra album con la banda sonora de la segunda temporada de la serie, compuesta por Giacchino. El arte del disco de la Segunda Temporada muestra la botella con mensajes y tras ella el mapa de la puerta blindada. Sin embargo, algunos de estos elementos parecen estar mal en el disco de esta temporada.
